Revolution in cleaning injectors!
The working body of gasoline engines equipped with electronic fuel injection systems are electro-valve injectors (injectors). Structurally, the nozzles are made non-separable, and if they fail, must be replaced. P>
The concentration of tar and sulfur (heavy hydrocarbon molecules) in gasoline depends on the technology of gasoline and its storage conditions. Getting into the fuel system, they accumulate on the hot walls of pipelines, contaminate the fuel injectors, which leads to a deterioration in the supply of gasoline, and therefore worsen the thrust.
Even manufacturers of nozzles Bosch, Lucas, Nippon, Denso, GM recommend flushing the injector, for the purpose of prevention, every 20 thousand km. p>
Frequently encountered defects of electromagnetic nozzles:
& nbsp; - deposits inside
& nbsp; - insufficiently fine spraying
& nbsp; - loss of jet shape of atomized fuel
& nbsp; - leakage of fuel
& nbsp; - locking of the locking needle
& nbsp; - break in the winding circuit
& nbsp; - interturn closure
& nbsp; - magnetization p>
Module / Stand "Djinn" is designed to diagnose and clean the fuel supply channel of the solenoid injectors. On the stand, the resistance of the windings of the nozzles, the performance, the shape of the jet, and the mechanical properties of the nozzles (reaction to short pulses) are checked. P>

At each disassembly of the nozzles, carefully inspect the rubber seals, replace if there are cracks or surface damage, any leaks & nbsp; cause a lean mixture and, as a result, engine interruptions. It must be remembered that the exact dosage of fuel calculated by the ECU & nbsp; possible only on fully serviceable injectors. p>
